Compatibility Note:
The NH-U12DX is not compatible with the Intel D5400XS because this mainboard uses LGA775 mounting holes, so it requires LGA775 mounting hardware despite of its LGA771 sockets. Please choose our standard NH-U12P for use on the Intel D5400XS.

Due to the height of the heatsinks on the Asus Z7S WS, the NH-U12DX is not compatible with this mainboard.
